18K GOLD-WRAPPED · PINK MOISSANITE BEZEL · PINK DIAL
Most Watches Use Pink As A Detail. This One Commits.
Pink stones, a pink dial, pink counters and a pink strap, held together with warm gold.
Pink usually arrives on a watch as a hint: a single hand, one line of print, a strap you can swap out later. It is a careful way to use a colour, and careful rarely looks deliberate.
This watch is not careful with it. The bezel is a full ring of vivid pink baguette-cut moissanite. Under it the dial is pink, the three counters are pink, and the strap is pink alligator stitched in pink thread. It chose a colour and carried it through.
Two things stop all that pink from going flat. The gold warms it — the gold-wrapped case, the hands, the marker settings and the clasp. And the pave on the lugs is left clear, so the pink ring has a bright white edge to stand against.

THE DIAL
The Hour Markers Are Stones As Well
Pale baguettes in gold settings, repeating the bezel's shape inside the dial.
Look past the bezel and the same cut turns up again on the dial. The hour markers are pale, almost clear stones, each in its own gold setting: long baguettes at one, two, four, five, seven, eight, ten and eleven, small square-cut stones at three and nine, and a short stone at six.
So the long rectangle is the shape this watch keeps coming back to — large and pink round the outside, small and pale on the dial. The markers catch the light as the wrist turns, so the hours are marked in flashes rather than paint.
The counters are pink too, each ringed by fine concentric circles with black numerals, a thin black inner line and a slim gold outer ring. Between the dial and the stones sits a gold flange, engraved the whole way round.
How A Watch Is Kept Pink From Bezel To Buckle
One colour, carried through stone, dial and leather, each of which has to agree with the rest.
Shade Matched
Pink stones vary from one to the next. The baguettes for the bezel are sorted by shade so the finished ring reads as one even pink, not a string of near-misses.
The Pink Ring Set
The pink baguettes are set side by side between two polished gold rims — a single ring, with nothing engraved or printed on it.
Clear Stones On The Case
The lugs, the case ends and the crown guards are paved in clear moissanite. Keeping them white is a decision: it gives the pink ring an edge.
Stones Set Into The Dial
Each hour marker is a pale stone in its own gold setting — long baguettes, two small squares at three and nine, a short stone at six — laid onto the pink dial around three pink counters.
Pink Leather
The strap is cut from pink alligator, sewn with pink thread and backed in cream leather. A gold folding clasp closes it, and the colour carries on from the bezel down the wrist.

Why It Does Not Look Like A Novelty
Getting one pink to agree across stones, dial, counters and leather takes sorting and patience, and it is the part most colourful watches skip. This one did not skip it, and it is yours for $999.
THE PINK AND GOLD SPEC
18K gold-wrapped case, pink moissanite baguette bezel, clear pave on the lugs, pink dial with stone hour markers and pink counters, pink alligator strap on a gold folding clasp. Every one is checked by hand before it is boxed, and backed for two years.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the pink stones?
What are the pink stones?
Moissanite, the same material as the clear stones on the lugs, in pink. We call it moissanite because that is what it is, not a name borrowed from a dearer stone.
Are the stones on the lugs pink too?
Are the stones on the lugs pink too?
No. Only the bezel is pink. The lugs, the case ends and the crown guards are set with clear stones, which is what gives the pink ring its bright edge.
Are the hour markers stones?
Are the hour markers stones?
Yes — pale, almost clear stones, each in a gold setting. Long baguettes at most hours, small squares at three and nine, a short stone at six.
Will the gold colour fade?
Will the gold colour fade?
The case is wrapped in 18K gold, which is what gives it that full yellow, and the wrapping is made to hold its lustre rather than fade. It is a layer over the case rather than gold through to the core.
Is it a bright pink or a soft one?
Is it a bright pink or a soft one?
Both, on purpose. The bezel stones are the strongest pink on the watch, and the dial and counters are a softer shade of the same colour. Together they read as one pink at two strengths.
What is the strap?
What is the strap?
Pink genuine alligator leather with large square scales, stitched in pink and lined in cream leather, on a gold folding clasp.
Does it need a battery?
Does it need a battery?
No. It is automatic — it winds from the motion of your wrist. Left off for a couple of days it stops, and a minute back on the wrist restarts it.
How long does delivery take?
