Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original, factory-sealed packaging — unopened and untampered. If the original seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, the item is not eligible for a return under any circumstances. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund. Only items sent directly to our warehouse qualify.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@prestigetiming.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and full instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, your order has already been processed in our system and with our carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@prestigetiming.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
