QUARTZ FIBRE · 7.8MM · 35 GRAMS
White All The Way Through
The white is the case material itself — quartz fibre laid down in 45-micron layers, with no paint on top.
A white watch usually means a coat of something over something else: paint, lacquer, a finish that shows its first chip at the corner of a lug.
This case is quartz fibre, the white version of the layered material the black cases are made from: hundreds of layers, each 45 microns thick, cured at 120 °C under 6 bar of pressure. The white is the material. There is no coat to wear through.
Look at it from the side and there is one surprise: a black band running between the white bezel and the white caseback, like a thin line of shadow under the case.

THE DIAL
Blue And Red, Across An Open Movement
No dial plate. A brushed silver frame, an X across the middle, and two stripes of colour.
There is no solid dial. A brushed silver frame follows the barrel curve of the case, set in a dark navy surround, with twelve round white dots for the hours.
An X of brushed silver crosses the middle. On its right side, one arm carries a blue stripe up toward two o'clock and the other a red stripe down toward four — blue to go with the strap, red to go with the crown.
Everything else you see is the movement: grey wheels, bridges and screws, skeletonised so the light comes through. The hands are brushed silver and cut open along their length.
How A White Case Is Made Without Paint
The same layered process as the black cases, in quartz fibre, white from the first layer to the last.
Quartz Fibre
The white case starts as quartz fibre — the white form of the layered material the black cases are made from.
Forty-Five Microns A Layer
It is laid down one layer at a time, each 45 microns thick, and hundreds of them are stacked into a single block.
Cured At 120 °C And 6 Bar
Heat and pressure set the stack solid. What comes out is one material, white right through.
Shaped Into A Tonneau
The barrel-shaped case is cut from the cured block, left matte white, and set with grey star-headed screws.
Blue And Red Go In
The skeletonised automatic movement, about 3.6 mm thick, goes in under its blue-and-red X, with the red crown and the blue strap. Finished weight: 35 grams.
2-Year Warranty. 30-Day Refund.
Wear it for a month. If it is not what you expected, send it back for a full refund — no conditions, no restocking fee.
Why A White Case In Quartz Fibre
Building a white case from hundreds of quartz-fibre layers takes far longer than spraying one, and it is why the white here is the material rather than a finish. It arrives checked and boxed, at $1,699.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the white painted on?
Is the white painted on?
No. The case is quartz fibre — the white version of the same layered material as the black carbon cases — built from hundreds of 45-micron layers and cured at 120 °C. The white is the material itself.
Is it a quartz watch?
Is it a quartz watch?
No. Quartz fibre is what the case is made of. The movement is a high-precision automatic: it winds from the motion of your wrist and needs no battery.
What is the black band on the side?
What is the black band on the side?
Seen from the side, a black band runs between the white bezel on top and the white caseback underneath. From the front you see only white; the black shows when you look at the watch side-on.
What do the blue and red stripes mean?
What do the blue and red stripes mean?
They are colour, nothing more. The blue runs along the upper right arm of the X and the red along the lower right arm, picking up the blue strap and the red crown. The time is read from the brushed silver hands and the twelve white dots.
How heavy and how thin is it?
How heavy and how thin is it?
35 grams, and 7.8 mm thick. The skeletonised movement inside is only about 3.6 mm of that, which is how the case stays so flat.
Can I see the movement working?
Can I see the movement working?
Yes, from both sides. The front is an open frame over the skeletonised movement, and the caseback is see-through, so you can watch it from behind as well.
Does it need a battery?
Does it need a battery?
No. It is automatic — it winds from the motion of your wrist. Left off for a couple of days it stops, and a minute back on the wrist restarts it.
How long does delivery take?
