Brown And White, The Vintage Way
A warm white dial, reddish-brown counters and a chocolate bezel: the warm colours of an old racing chronograph, in steel.
Most chronographs pair white with black. This one pairs it with brown: three deep reddish-brown counters on a warm white dial, under a glossy chocolate-brown bezel printed in cream.
The counters are cut with fine concentric grooves, so they shift between brick and burgundy as the light moves. One red word above the lowest counter is the only other colour on the dial.
The case is stainless steel, brushed on top and polished at the sides, with no crown guards, so the crown and the two screw-down pushers stand clean on its round flank.

THE DIAL
Three Counters In Reddish Brown
Grooved brown counters, applied steel batons and a cream-printed brown bezel on a warm white dial.
The dial is a soft, warm white, ringed by a fine black minute track. The three counters, for the running seconds, the chronograph's minutes and its hours, are reddish brown with white numbers and strokes.
The hours are eight applied brushed steel batons and an applied steel emblem at twelve; the steel hour and minute hands carry white luminous strips, and the thin chronograph hand is dark grey.
Around the dial, the bezel's glossy brown insert carries a tachymeter scale in cream, and the watch closes on a brushed steel three-row bracelet.
