This watch is built round one colour. The dial is a bright, even turquoise, with no sunburst and no pattern to break it up, and the woven canvas strap picks up the same shade, so the colour runs from the face of the watch right round the wrist.
Everything else stays quiet so the turquoise can lead. The case is polished 316L stainless steel, 43 mm across, and the bezel is a single ring of 36 clear baguette-cut stones set edge to edge between two polished steel rims. They catch the light without adding a second colour.
On the right of the case a fluted screw-down crown sits between two fluted pushers, guarded on either side. The whole face is under hard-wearing coated mineral glass.
THE DIAL

The turquoise is smooth and satin, one shade from the edge to the centre. A fine black minute track runs round the rim, a longer stroke at every minute and four short ones between.
The three counters at three, six and nine are silver rings cut with fine concentric grooves, round centres of the same turquoise as the dial, and printed in black. The hour markers are applied polished-steel batons filled with white lume, long at eight of the hours and short and square at three, six and nine. There is no date window.
The hour and minute hands are polished steel with white luminous strips and black tips, the counter hands slim polished steel, and the long central chronograph hand is thin and white.
