Navy Blue Under Clear Stones
A deep navy-blue dial inside a ring of 36 clear baguette-cut stones, set in polished steel.
The blue comes first. It is a deep navy, smooth rather than patterned, and it changes with the light: almost ink at the edges, brighter where the light falls across the middle.
Round it runs a full ring of clear baguette-cut stones, 36 of them, nine to each quarter, each one set side by side with the next between two polished steel rims. Inside the stones a polished steel flange frames the dial.
The case is 316L stainless steel, 43 mm and polished all over. The crown is fluted and screws down, and the two fluted pushers either side of it have smooth round tops.
THE DIAL

A fine white track runs round the edge of the dial, a longer stroke at every minute and four short ones between. The hour markers are applied polished-steel batons filled with white lume, with small square markers at three, six and nine.
The three counters keep the dial's navy blue at their centres. Each is framed by a wide silver ring, finely grooved in circles and printed with black strokes and numerals, so they stand out against the blue without breaking it.
The hour and minute hands are polished steel with white lume and black tips, the long central chronograph hand is thin polished steel, and each counter has its own slim steel hand. There is no date window.
