A solid dial is a lid. It covers the plates, the screws, the half-finished edges nobody was ever meant to see. Remove it and all of that becomes the design — which is why skeletonising a movement costs so much more than drilling a hole in a dial.
Every bridge here is cut back and re-finished, so what you are looking at through the crystal is the mechanism itself: the barrel unwinding, the gear train stepping across, the column wheel turning each time you press a pusher.

Bright cyan on the bezel, and nothing anywhere else.
The restraint is the design. Every tachymeter numeral is bright cyan, and that is the only colour on the entire watch — no coloured hands, no coloured counters, nothing competing.
Against the grey and brass of the exposed movement, that single band of cyan pulls the whole face together and tells your eye where the edge is.

How A Carbon Case Is Made
The pattern is decided before anything is cut.
Loose Fibre
Carbon fibre is cut short and packed into the mould loose. Nobody arranges it — the randomness is the whole point.
Pressed Solid
Heat and pressure fuse it into a block. From that moment the marbled grain inside is fixed and cannot be altered.
Cut To Shape
The case is machined out of the block, and the cut is what reveals the swirl. Two cases from one block still differ.
The Movement Opened
Bridges and plates are cut back and re-finished so the mechanism can be seen from the front without a rough edge anywhere.
