Navy Rubber Under Gold And Red
A gold-tone case ringed with red baguette-cut stones, on a smooth navy blue rubber strap.
Start with the strap: smooth navy blue rubber, a deep, saturated blue, with a raised band down its middle and a fine groove each side. It is fitted flush to the case at both ends and closes under the wrist on a gold-tone folding clasp.
Above it sits a polished gold-tone case in 316L stainless steel, 43 mm across, with plain lugs, a fluted crown and two fluted pushers. The bezel is one ring of 36 red baguette-cut stones, nine to each quarter, held edge to edge between two polished gold-tone rims.
The navy keeps it quiet. The gold and the red do the talking, and the dark blue makes both look richer than they would on black.

The dial is glossy black with a fine white minute track round its edge, a longer stroke at every minute and short ones between.
The hours are marked with orange baguette-cut stones in gold-tone settings: long ones at eight of the hours, small squares at three, six and nine. They are a lighter, brighter orange than the red of the bezel, so the two rings of colour read apart.
The three counters are black, printed in white. The hour and minute hands are gold-tone with luminous strips that glow in the dark, the counter hands slim gold-tone, and the central chronograph hand is a thin gold-tone line with an arrowhead tip. There is no date.
