40MM · TURQUOISE CASE · FORGED CARBON BEZEL · AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH
Two Materials, And Neither Is Pretending To Be The Other
A turquoise composite case under a bezel of grey-marbled forged carbon.
Put a bright colour on a watch and it usually arrives as paint over steel, which is why it chips at the lug first. This case is not painted. The turquoise is pigment cured into the composite, so the colour is the body of the case and a scratch finds more turquoise underneath.
Sitting on top of it is a tachymeter bezel in forged carbon, its grey swirl running through the material. The two sit against each other without blending: a flat, saturated colour and a restless grey pattern, divided by a polished edge.
It is the contrast that makes the watch. Either material on its own would be quieter than this.

THE DIAL
The Case Colour, Brought Back In Three Small Circles
A black dial in a white ring, with turquoise centres in the counters.
The dial is black inside a white chapter ring, so at a glance it is a monochrome watch. Then the counters give it away: each one has a turquoise centre, picking the case colour up and placing it back on the face three times.
That is the whole colour scheme. No turquoise hands, no turquoise text — just the case, the three centres, and a stitch line down each edge of the strap.
The applied markers and hands are polished steel filled with white lume, and the bezel numerals are white on carbon.
Making A Case That Is Coloured All The Way Down
Colour cured into a composite behaves nothing like colour sprayed onto steel.
Pigment Blended
Turquoise pigment is mixed into the resin system until the colour is even. An uneven blend cures into a case with light and dark zones, and that case is thrown away.
Moulded Under Heat
The case blank is formed under pressure and heat until it sets solid. The colour is now structural — there is no layer that can lift.
Bezel Pressed Separately
The tachymeter bezel is forged from chopped carbon fibre in its own mould, so its grey swirl is unrelated to the case and unique to this watch.
Machined And Fitted
Both parts are machined and brought together. The join is where the eye goes, so the edge between colour and carbon is cut and polished until it is a single clean line.
Movement And Test
The automatic chronograph movement goes in, the crown and pushers are fitted, and the watch is run and regulated before boxing.
2-Year Warranty. 30-Day Refund.

Why It Reads As Expensive
Two materials means two moulds, two cure cycles and a join that has to be perfect, because the edge between them is the first thing anyone looks at. This one arrives finished and boxed, and asks $949.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the turquoise paint?
Is the turquoise paint?
No. It is pigment cured into the composite, so the colour is the case itself. Paint sits on the surface and leaves the lug corners first; there is no surface layer here to lose.
Is the bezel the same material as the case?
Is the bezel the same material as the case?
No — the bezel and the caseback are forged carbon, pressed in their own mould. That is why the bezel carries a grey marbled swirl while the case is one flat colour.
Is the turquoise loud in person?
Is the turquoise loud in person?
It is saturated, but the dial is black and white with only three small turquoise centres, so the colour stays on the case and the face stays calm.
Does it need a battery?
Does it need a battery?
No. It is a high-precision automatic — it winds from the motion of your wrist and stops after a couple of days off it.
Does the chronograph work?
Does the chronograph work?
Yes. Both pushers drive it, and the three counters on the dial are the ones that move.
Can I swim in it?
Can I swim in it?
