BLACK FORGED CARBON · RAINBOW STONE BEZEL · SILVER COUNTERS · AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH
The Whole Spectrum, Set In Steel
One row of coloured stones round a black carbon case, held in polished steel.
Every colour of the rainbow is on this bezel, in order, with no gaps.
Each stone is a baguette-cut coloured gemstone, set edge to edge in one row: red at twelve, warming through orange into yellow at three, cooling through green and blue to violet at eight, then purple and pink back up to red. They sit in polished steel, and a broad steel ring runs between them and the dial, bright enough to frame the colour without competing with it.
Around it, the case is one-piece carbon fibre, black with a bold grey-and-white swirl through the material. The crown and both pushers are black, so the only colour on the watch is the colour in the stones.

THE DIAL
Three Counters Like Slices Of Meteorite
A glossy black dial, eleven coloured stones and three silver counters.
The dial is glossy black, so the stones have somewhere dark to sit.
Its hour markers are stones as well, each in a thin steel setting: long baguettes at most hours, small square stones at three, six and nine. They follow the bezel round, orange at one, yellow at three, green at five, blue at seven, violet at eight, pink at nine and magenta at eleven.
The three counters are silver-grey, covered in an irregular crystalline pattern like the cut face of a meteorite, each in a polished steel ring with its numerals printed in black. The hour and minute hands are polished steel with white lume, the chronograph hand a thin steel line with an arrow tip, and the counter hands black.
How The Steel Rainbow Comes Together
A carbon case, a ring of coloured stones and a black dial, fitted in steel.
The Carbon Case
The case is formed in one piece of carbon fibre, the grey-and-white swirl running through the material.
The Stones In Order
The baguette stones are laid out by colour, red through the spectrum and back to red, so the rainbow runs round without a jump.
Set In Steel
They are set edge to edge in polished steel, with a broad steel ring inside them.
The Black Dial
Eleven coloured stones go onto the glossy black dial in steel settings, matching the bezel, with the three silver counters between them.
Hands, Crown And Strap
The steel hands go on, the dial is fitted under sapphire crystal with the 4130 automatic chronograph movement behind it, and the black crown and pushers and the white strap complete it.

Why The Steel Rainbow Works
Set a rainbow in steel and every colour stays true: no warm metal tinting the blues and greens. Put it round a black carbon case with a black crown and pushers, add three silver counters and a white strap, and the colour is the whole story. It asks $999.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the stones on the bezel?
What are the stones on the bezel?
Baguette-cut coloured gemstones, set edge to edge in one row all the way round, in polished steel. They run the whole spectrum, red at twelve through orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and pink, and back to red.
Are the counters real meteorite?
Are the counters real meteorite?
We describe them by their look: silver-grey with an irregular crystalline pattern, like the cut face of a meteorite. Each sits in a polished steel ring with its numerals printed in black.
How is it different from your other rainbow-bezel carbon chronograph?
How is it different from your other rainbow-bezel carbon chronograph?
That one has bright gold-leaf counters, red hands, gold print and a black rubber strap. This one has silver meteorite-look counters, polished steel hands, white print and a white woven strap. Both set their stones in steel with a black crown and pushers.
Is the case painted black?
Is the case painted black?
No. It is one-piece carbon fibre, black with a grey-and-white swirl running through the material. Nothing is sprayed over it, so the grain on your case will fall differently from the one in the photographs.
What is the strap made of?
What is the strap made of?
High-density white woven fabric, finer than the coarse perforated straps sold elsewhere, with white stitching down both edges and a genuine leather lining. It closes on an integrated carbon-fibre buckle.
Does it need a battery?
Does it need a battery?
No. It runs on the 4130 automatic chronograph movement, which winds itself from the movement of your wrist. The pushers beside the crown start, stop and reset the chronograph.
How long does delivery take?
