Arabic Hours On Grey Carbon
Polished steel Eastern Arabic numerals, raised from a grey forged-carbon dial, inside a black forged-carbon case.
The hours on this dial are written in Eastern Arabic script: applied polished steel numerals, raised and catching the light, at one, two, four, five, seven, eight, ten and eleven. A steel crown emblem stands at twelve, and at three, six and nine there are small open steel squares beside the counters.
Behind them the dial is forged carbon in grey, charcoal swirled with lighter grey, so the steel reads bright against it. A fine white chronograph track runs round the edge.
Around it the bezel is black forged carbon printed in white with a tachymeter scale and UNITS PER HOUR, the same marbled carbon as the case.

THE DIAL
White Counters, Steel Hands
Three bright white counters in black rings, polished steel hands with luminous strips, and a thin steel chronograph hand.
The three counters at three, six and nine are flat bright white, each set in a black ring printed with white strokes and numerals, so they read cleanly against the grey carbon around them. Each has a slim black hand.
The hour and minute hands are polished steel batons with white luminous strips, and the long central chronograph hand is thin polished steel with a small arrow tip.
On the right of the case, a fluted screw-down steel crown sits between two polished steel pushers, set into forged-carbon crown guards.

Grey and black, carbon and steel. The only bright notes are the white counters and the polished steel numerals, and the Arabic script gives the dial a voice of its own. It asks $949.

Yes. The dial is forged carbon in grey, charcoal swirled with lighter grey, and the case and bezel are black forged carbon veined in grey and white. The pattern is in the material itself, so no two watches look exactly alike.
