Where the case is shaped, the layers come to the surface as wavy silver-grey lines running through the black, and no two cases carry the same pattern. Eight light grey screws hold the bezel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is no dial plate. A matte black frame follows the tonneau opening, set with small silver-grey screws, and two broad black bars cross in an X over the movement. Everything behind them is the movement itself: frosted grey and bronze-grey wheels and bridges, open to the light. The hands are black, cut open down their length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe crown is black, its grip moulded in small raised dots and its end cut in a cross, and the strap is black woven elastic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside is a \u003cstrong\u003ehigh-precision automatic movement\u003c\/strong\u003e, skeletonised and only about 3.6 mm thick. It winds itself as you wear it, needs no battery, and shows its back through a see-through caseback.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat Makes This One Different\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNo Colour At All\u003c\/strong\u003e — black carbon, a black frame and X, black hands, crown and strap; the only light on it is the grey in the carbon and the movement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThirty-Five Grams\u003c\/strong\u003e — layered fibre in place of metal, around an open movement.
