The hours are applied gold numerals in Eastern Arabic script, raised and faceted, with small gold markers at three, six and nine beside the counters. The three counters are brown inside black rings printed in white, and the date sits in a gold-framed window at half past four. The hour and minute hands are gold with white lume.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe crown and both pushers are black ceramic, so the black on the outside does not fade with wear, and the crown is six-sided like the screws.
